Here is a simple recipe for preparing "Indian Chicken Curry":

 

Ingredients:

- 500 grams of chicken breasts, cut into cubes

- 2 tablespoons of oil (vegetable oil or coconut oil)

- 1 large onion, finely chopped

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger

- 2 tomatoes, minced

- 1 tablespoon of curry powder

- 1 teaspoon of turmeric

- 1 teaspoon of cumin

- 1 teaspoon of red pepper (to taste)

- 1 can of coconut milk

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Chopped coriander for garnish


 How to prepare:

1. Heat the oil: In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat.


2. Fry the onions: Add the chopped onions to the pan and cook until golden.
3. Add Garlic and Ginger: Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add Tomatoes: Add chopped tomatoes and continue cooking until wilted.
5. Marinate Chicken: Add chicken cubes to the pan and stir well until coated with spices.
6. Add Spices: Add curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and red pepper. Stir well.
7. Add Coconut Milk: Pour coconut milk into the pan, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
8. Serving: Once cooked, taste and adjust salt and pepper to taste. Serve garnished with chopped coriander and rice or Indian bread.
